Job Title: Technical Specialist

Company: MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRICAL PRODUCT

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Assistant System Engineer.
2. Responsible for system support and related matters to production.
3. To overview daily operation of respective production requirements such as line operation, efficiency, data transfer to customers, etc.
4. To implement preventive maintenance, periodical maintenance programs for both hardware and software.
5. To perform repairing PC hardware and reutilized for cost saving purpose.
6. To assist Senior System Engineer/System Engineer/Assistant System Engineer in executing improvement plan and continuous improvement for cost reduction program in order to meet customers and company goal.
7. To assist Senior System Engineer/System Engineer/Assistant System Engineer in maintaining production operation and resolving problems that persist at the module in aspect of system related.
8. To maintain records of maintenance programs, including backup progress such as cloning image, software and application backup.
9. To assist production and initiate preventive actions for the occurrence of non-conformance products.
10. To assist production in executing the implementation of products non-conformity solution.
11. To motivate employees to achieve productivity and quality standard.
12. Networking between CM and customers in production area.
13. Other duties and assignments by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. At least a Degree/Diploma in technical/engineering/computer study field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.
3. Preferably with knowledge either in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or computer study (PLC).
