The Workshops Technical Services Manager is expected to manage technical documentation, address complex repair challenges, maintain a good working relationship with the other support functions, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

The Manager will also play a vital role in training and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of technical excellence.

Your expertise spans component maintenance, repair, and overhaul, coupled with the ability to address technical challenges and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideally, you have strong experience in aircraft structure maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills: Proven ability to manage teams and oversee multiple priorities simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance and repair processes: Familiarity with component Part 145 standards, EN9110, and best practices.
• Focus on quality, safety, and problem-solving: Committed to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills: Proficient in both written and spoken communication, with exposure to international operations and diverse cultural environments.
• Experience in technical documentation and regulatory compliance: Including Component Maintenance Manuals, Repair Design Approval Sheets, and related technical references.
