Technical Service Support

• As the key technical expert for air conditioner after-sales service support.
• Conduct product-related training for installers / contractors / customer service teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support.
• Monitor, analyse, and report after-sales service operations performance regularly.
• Manage and resolve service support cases, working directly with clients or the service team.
• Execute tasks and projects as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent negotiation and supervisory abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality.
• Knowledge in air conditioning with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
