Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Developing and implementing technical support policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Review and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Overseeing company technical support team and providing regular training.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
• Communicating technical issues to clients, team members, and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in technical support and quality assurance to implement and ensure continued alignment.
