About the Job

Company Background

We are representing our client, a leading orthopedic products company based in Malaysia, to look for a potential candidate to join the team as a Technical Sales Specialist based in Kota Bahru, Kelantan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involved with business development/sales
• Answering and responding to calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
• Troubleshooting machine systems
• Diagnosing technological issues
• Providing training to OT staff on how to use new machines
• Solving problems or addressing minor issues for patients

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Nurses are welcome to apply

Job Details and Benefits:

• Salary includes: Basic + Fixed Allowance
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-5.00pm)
• Benefits: Unlimited outpatient claim, RM1000/year of Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) Contribution, etc.
