The position involves remote selling, focusing on upselling and cross-selling within a designated sales territory and group of allocated customers. The Technical Sales Representative will implement strategies agreed upon with management to drive high growth potential.
What we are looking for:
Education: BSc or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry.
Experience: At least 5 years hands-on analytical chemistry laboratory work and LC Method development experience.
Skills: Strong communication and commercial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in best-in-class selling processes and technology platforms, including CRM tools. Experience in a fast-paced, targeted environment with routine customer and colleague interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and Channel Distributors.
Utilize telephone interactions to understand customer requirements and drive sales.
Implement agreed-upon strategies to increase sales through cross/upselling.
Visit customers as needed to strengthen relationships and close sales.
