Transcend Innovation Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Presales Consultant who reports directly to the Technical Director. This role combines deep technical knowledge with an understanding of how to address critical business needs through ICT Solutions.
Externally, this role works closely with the Sales team to close deals, supporting the team through the full sales process of solution engineering, including architectural design, solution presentation, standard and customized solution demonstration, customer workshops, proposals development, and collaborating with the sales team to answer RFI/RFP.
Internally, this role works with the Technical team to ensure a smooth transition to post-sales implementation and actively engages with the product team to provide field product feedback.
A successful candidate must maintain in-depth product knowledge of key ICT products, possess excellent communication skills to deliver presentations, and manage customer requirements to ensure the scope of the solution can be delivered.
