Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in supervising & monitoring of civil & structural aspects of approved CAPEX projects.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To supervise, monitor and assist in MAHB Group CAPEX Projects by ensuring smooth project implementation, adhering to contract specifications, working within budget, and maintaining good site safety and practices.
• To ensure all CAPEX projects carried out are completed within the expected time, cost, and quality.
• To register and carry out monitoring works during the Defects Liability Period of any completed projects.
• To assist with the preparation of weekly report compilation for projects undertaken by the unit.
• To ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the predetermined time, cost, and quality concurrently with the ongoing changes, requests, and requirements.

Education

External

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction or equivalent.

Relevant Industries

External

• At least 1 year experience with CGPA > 2.8.
