Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Leads the O&M team in executing the O&M works according to the specified maintenance standards and requirements to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and ensures full execution of SAP system (Plant Maintenance Module).
• Provides guidance, advice, and direction to all subordinates to promote high standards of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel job enrichment.
• Revises PPM checklist, tasks list & master data, analyzes technical reports, identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns, and recommends continuous improvement.
• Reviews the performance of the facilities/system and provides input and recommendations for any upgrading or refurbishment work.
• Establishes new contracts and manages contractors to ensure they deliver the service standards required in the contract for outsourcing work.
• Executes the master maintenance plans and schedules and development works in accordance with the approved capital and operating budget.
• Analyzes cost implications of operations, maintenance, and repair activities and recommends budgetary adjustments.
• Accountable for maintenance work in the airports.
• Enhances management and leadership skills and knowledge of maintenance works.
• Knowledgeable in Contract Management.
• Keeps abreast of the latest technology and best practices in the industry.

Skills

• Knowledge in maintenance and operation of airport facilities.
• Possesses updated knowledge in the latest technology and airport facilities and project management.
• Knowledge of contract management, including construction, legal, and value engineering.
• Knowledge of Local and International Airside Regulations and Requirements.

Relevant Industries

Preferably with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in airport/facility operation and maintenance.

Education

Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or related to Civil and structural works.
