Plan and execute the operation works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified operation standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Being part of the subject matter expert for Baggage Handling System operations.
Provide report for any incident happen in BHS.
Implement effective operation work on BHS of related area concerned to comprehensively support airport operations according to technical and operational standard.
Provide report and support on any failures of engineering operations at BHS.
Coordinate with operating airlines and ground handlers in all aspect of BHS operation.
Responsible to replace on leave officer in shift hours.
Being part of investigation team for customer's complaint.
To assist and provide input on yearly budget preparation for BHS/SS unit and perform administrative task in Engineering Center Control Room (CCR).
To assist in plan, implement, monitor and analyse the operation related checklist and data.
Planning and preparation for PPM activity.
Arrangement man power for ME and Recovery.
Inspection MUL and BR assignment base on flight schedule and rearrange conveyor line for PPM activities.
Monitoring SCADA, Airflow, and PPM activities and associated documentation such as Operation Daily Report, Airflow Assignment check sheet, EBS baggage movement.
Instruct recovery team to attend operation failure and other related issue.
Monitoring and inspection of BHS system, Tub constraint at Check in counters and BR line via CCTV.
Standby and attend breakdown based on complaint.
To replace on leave or MC shift Technical Officer.
Collate operation and maintenance data timely.
Optimum usage of the available resources for operation and maintenance activities.
Effectively utilize IT tools i.e. SAP, CMMS.

Diploma preferably with specialization in Architecture / Engineering (Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical).
STPM Certificate with minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C.
The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.
External:
Diploma preferably with specialization in Architecture / Engineering (Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical) Min CGPA 2.8.
