Technical Lead (.Net) Job Description

This role is ideal for a skilled .NET professional who enjoys leading and collaborating with a diverse team to create seamless user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications using C# and .NET Core/Framework.
• Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on .NET and C#.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, Angular, or other.
• Experience with one or more cloud infrastructure providers: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams, while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
