Technical Lead - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia -

Seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in Node.js, Python, AWS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Angular, and Ionic for designing scalable applications and leading fullstack development teams, with experience in Payment systems or FinTech preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-performance, scalable, and secure fullstack applications.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in Node.js and Python development.
• Drive solutions for automation, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways and financial services.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging of production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD processes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js and Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficient in building web and mobile applications using Angular and Ionic frameworks.
• Experience with eWallets and payment gateways, with a deep understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or leadership are a plus.
