This job is for a Technical Lead in Third-Party Products (3PP) within the Telco industry.

Technical Lead Overview

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Telco ecosystems. As a 3PP Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing technical relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions, and driving successful delivery of Telco projects involving 3PPs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the integration and implementation of third-party products (3PPs) across OSS, BSS, and Network domains.
2. Provide end-to-end technical guidance on integrating 3PPs into Telco platforms, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with enterprise architecture.
3. Act as a technical point of contact for all third-party solutions, managing escalations and resolving complex technical challenges.
4. Ensure 3PP solutions adhere to Telco standards, including TM Forum, 3GPP, and ITU specifications.

Integration and Delivery Strategy

1. Oversee the technical integration of 3PP systems with Telco infrastructure, including CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network Management platforms.
2. Define and implement integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to enable interoperability.
3. Manage end-to-end system testing, validation, and performance tuning for 3PP solutions.
4. Ensure proper documentation of integration processes, technical designs, and troubleshooting procedures.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

1. Collaborate with third-party vendors to define integration requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers) to align 3PP functionality with business requirements.
3. Evaluate third-party products and services to ensure they meet technical, functional, and performance criteria.

Project Management Support

1. Work closely with project managers to create technical delivery plans, timelines, and resource estimates for 3PP-related tasks.
2. Monitor project progress and identify risks related to third-party integrations, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
3. Conduct regular reviews of 3PP solutions to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
4. Stay updated on new 3PP offerings and emerging technologies in the Telco space to recommend innovative solutions.
5. Ensure 3PP solutions are future-proof and scalable to accommodate evolving Telco requirements (e.g., 5G, SDN/NFV, IoT).

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. 8+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 5 years in the Telecommunications industry.
2. Proven experience in integrating and managing third-party products (3PPs) in a Telco environment.
3. Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS domains, including CRM, Billing, Order Management, and Service Provisioning.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
