Technical Director

Lead and manage our technology team based in Kuala Lumpur, including product design, Java development, H5 development, and QA teams. Drive product research and development in the financial and securities sectors. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with internet and financial products, strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and exceptional team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Lead complex requirements analysis, product design, and technical implementation. Ensure high-quality product delivery and take full responsibility for outcomes.
2. Team Management: Build and manage the technical team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, project management, and collaboration with international teams.
3. Technical Architecture: Design and optimize system architectures for high concurrency and high availability to ensure system stability and scalability.
4. Problem Solving: Step in to write or review code when necessary, solve technical issues quickly and accurately, and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Over 10 years of experience in financial system development and management, with deep familiarity with technical architectures in the financial, especially securities, domain. Rich experience from complex requirement analysis to product implementation.
3. Has led the development of financial software systems from the ground up, such as securities trading systems, wealth management systems, marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
4. Proficient in Spring Cloud and related technology components, and has led the design and development of high-concurrency software systems.
5. Capable of hands-on coding or conducting code reviews; possesses strong technical architecture skills.
6. Extensive experience in building and managing technical teams of over 10 people.
7. Excellent communication and coordination abilities; able to collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth project progress.
8. Proficient in Chinese and English (must).
