We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing, documenting, and communicating software requirements. This role requires a strong analytical mind, logical thinking, and excellent writing skills to translate business and regulatory requirements into structured technical specifications.
You will work closely with government tax authorities, customers, in-house consultants, and the development team to ensure compliance, system efficiency, and seamless software implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis & Documentation
Study and analyze regulatory requirements from government tax authorities, customer needs, and internal business processes.
Draft detailed, structured technical requirement documents for the development team.
Ensure all requirements are clear, logical, and technically feasible.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with internal stakeholders (consultants, developers, and support teams) to refine software requirements.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment between customer expectations and system design.
Compliance & System Behavior Updates
Monitor tax authority regulations across different countries and ensure system compliance with new policies.
Propose updates to system behavior based on business and technical feedback.
Process & Documentation Improvement
Maintain and improve the documentation structure for better readability and usability.
Ensure all technical specifications are consistent, well-organized, and easy to follow.
