The key responsibilities of a Technical Assistant Manager typically include a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, support the IT Manager, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

1. Project Assistance: Assisting in IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful completion. Overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
2. System Integration: Working on integrating various systems and technologies to streamline operations and improve platform performance.
3. Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the distribution platforms.
4. Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the distribution process.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of IT systems, issues, and resolutions to ensure a well-documented IT environment.
7. Innovation: Implementing new technologies and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of distribution platforms.
