Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Provide supporting role in administering overall departmental functions in the areas of Contract Administration such as Work/Orders / Release Orders, Organizing, Administration, Budget Planning and Utilization, Time writing, Purchases Services, Filing, Fixed Assets, and Processing Invoices.
  2. Familiar with SAP system and Supply Chain Management. Assigned to be PRRV / PR / PO / RO and OA creator for new award project from contractor.
  3. Key person to update & monitor all related processes in the areas of Contract Administration to ensure compliance with the Approved Processing Time (APT) and notify relevant engineer(s) and AA to ensure timely approval as per the APT.
  4. Assist engineers and project managers in the preparation of documentation, project schedules, and contract administration processes.
  5. Coordinate with various project stakeholders including engineers and contractors to ensure seamless information flow and project integration.
  6. Key resources for any departmental events, functions, meetings, workshops, seminars, and briefings.
  7. Administer department in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner to support business and operational objectives and plans in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience as Technical Assistant.
  3. Experience working with PETRONAS and SMARTGEP system will be an advantage.
  4. Competent in SAP.
  5. English proficiency and able to communicate with locals.
  6. Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
