Carry out routine maintenance checks of buildings and public areas to ensure that building facilities and equipment are in good condition.
Report all problems related to daily tasks to the supervisor.
Responsible for preparing and sending routine maintenance indicator reports on building structures and facilities.
Assist in the preparation of reports, record pictures of progress and the latest development of repair or improvement works.
Carry out preventive maintenance work.
Carry out small repair works related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil and other related matters.
Manage complaints received through the MyAduan system.
Review complaints received in the field and resolve them.
Always be ready (standby) 24 hours according to the set schedule.
Perform general hands-on tasks that require physical ability inside and outside the office building and tasks related to technical support on office equipment and space.
Assist in office operations or activities and attend scheduled programs.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizens.
Have your own vehicle.
Not color blind and healthy body.
Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vocational (SPMV), with honors in Bahasa Malaysia.
Have a Diploma or Certificate of Competence in the field of building maintenance, electricity and plumbing recognized by any local Higher Education Institution or a recognized qualification equivalent to IT.
Have basic skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil and landscape installation.
Always positive, quick learner, and able to adapt to additional tasks.
Able to use a computer (basic).
Can accept instructions and work in groups.
Shows a professional attitude and has the ability to solve problems in various situations.
