Technical Architect (Mandarin)

Nezda is currently hiring for Technical Architect (Mandarin).

Salary: RM 8,500

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2. Combined 2-3 years of presales, implementation, design, and project management experience
3. Possess excellent technical sales and communications skills
4. Have a passion for new technologies and self-motivated learning
5. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel to consolidate complex bills of materials, design synchronization, and P&L Management
6. Working experience on RFQ/RFP tender proposal & excellent skill in End2end Solution design and heterogeneous system integration
7. Minimum any one of the said deep skills in the following technology towers (Networking, Data Centre, Security, or Collaboration)

Job Description:

1. Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in-depth product knowledge on any given technology i.e. Data Centre, Collaboration, Network, and Security solution.
2. Drive solution sales by understanding clients’ technical needs, and translating identified needs into solutions.
3. Proposal Preparation: RFQ/ RFP tender presales support in the shared centre environment, ensuring timely response to all the qualified RFPs and tenders from a solution perspective to ensure bid submission.
4. Able to perform self-research on new products within the supported OEMs in response to every changing landscape of solution offerings.
5. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is required.
6. Certified in any Gartner’s Leader Solution in Networking, Data Centre Storage, Server, and Backup Solution in both traditional infrastructure and hyper-converged environment.
7. Certified in any Gartner’s Leader Solution in Security solution.
8. Certified in any Gartner’s Leader Solution in Collaboration solution.
