Job Description:

  1. Primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving support tickets and technical inquiries efficiently.
  2. Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet the company's established service level expectations.
  3. Possess the necessary technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to company products & APIs.
  4. Complete tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: 1 year and above experience.
  2. Good communication skills, discipline, self-motivated, and a team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Recognized Diploma & above.
  4. Problem-solving skills.
  5. Basic practical knowledge of C#, .Net, API.
  6. Able to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve .Net/C#/API application issues.
  7. Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Organized multitasker.

Remuneration:
RM 2,900 - RM 4,500

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday | 10am - 7pm

Work Location:
Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
