Provide Level 2 technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to our cloud technology.
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell, Python, and other scripting languages to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotations to offer 24/7 technical support and respond to emergencies as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python for automation and system administration tasks.
Proven experience as a Linux system administrator with strong proficiency in Ubuntu and CentOS.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and AWS/AliCloud.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations; shift timings are as follows: morning: 8am-5pm, noon: 2pm-11pm, and midnight: 11pm-8am.
