We are looking for a Tea Barista for our outlet at various shopping malls in the Klang Valley area. At GONGCHA, we believe that all outlet staff are the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liners who bring the utmost services and products to satisfy the needs of all GONGCHA’s customers. Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill tasks relevant to operating a food & beverage outlet, identify & implement continuous store improvements, and work at the highest standard at all times to ensure outlet product and service quality. On-job training will be provided. Working hours vary depending on Weekly Schedule Allocations. An additional incentive is payable on top of the Basic Salary & Allowance subject to the achievement of the Outlet Target. Fast-track career advancement is available for out-performing employees.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM certification. No prior working experience is required, but prior working experience in a Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage. Candidates must be able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure a smooth outlet process. Self-discipline and self-driven candidates are expected to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfill tasks on outlet operations.
