• Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track. If not on track, recommend and execute solutions/action plan for rectification.
• Achieve team level sales target to all assigned products, such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Card and Insurance.
• Source, select and recruit sales people
• Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate.
• Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager
• Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard.
• Lead all staff to meet the bank’s compliance procedures and guidelines
• Motivate and counsel sales people to be high performers.
• Retain performing and potential sales people.
• Manage office environment.

Job Requirement

• Academic Qualification: Degree holder in any discipline or professional qualification.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in managing sales team.
• Demonstrated sales performance excellence.
