BAU Activities
- Effective and efficient project assessment to ensure systems/initiatives are implemented error-free and timely.
- Coordinate the various subject matter experts working on the project.
- Monitor and keep track with stakeholders on progress and ensure guidelines are met.
- Coordinate and support SWIFT, RENTAS Live BCPs and DR exercise as per BNM’s and SWIFT’s requirements.
- Submission of administration requirements and general housekeeping of the Circle.
- Provide support to other business units for business development, initiatives & implementation.
- Manage, coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing for enhancements/changes on RENTAS and SWIFT systems.
- Perform establishment & administration of RMAs.
- Perform Bank-wide user access request/maintenance of SAA system.
- Review, recommend and execute processes to improve productivity, cost, mitigate risks and quality service.
- Execute any other tasks assigned by Team Lead and Circle Lead.
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance/Economics or other relevant fields/qualifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in domestic or international payments operations/systems.
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output.
- Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions.
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members).
- Ability to be patient and actively listen to others, and understand others' views.
- Quick thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills.
- High team spirit, dedicated and meticulous; able to support a few projects running concurrently.
