Job description
POSITION TITLE: TEAM MEMBER, LEARNING OPERATIONS

Primary Objective
  • Assist the Team Lead in the smooth execution of external learning programmes, certifications, and accreditations, contributing to RHB Academy’s vision of connecting the right learners with the right learning opportunities.
  • Support the efficient and accurate processing of training programme registrations, applications, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements within the scope of learning operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support:
  • Assist in the coordination and logistical support for external learning programmes, certifications, and accreditations.
  • Manage enrollment processes, including registrations, applications, and participant communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of programme attendance and completion.
Data Management And Reporting
  • Accurately update and maintain organisational training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist in the compilation of data for monthly and yearly training cost reports related to certifications and external programmes.
  • Support Learning Solutions/ Reporting team on information they need pertaining to external learning programmes, certifications and accreditations, and provide statistical data as requested by the Team Lead.
  • Ensure all documents are in place and up to date for payment, HRDC grant applications and claim submission.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, training providers, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with employees and trainers to facilitate learning enrollments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and training providers.
Compliance And Quality
  • Ensure all learning operations activities comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining a current database of certifications and accreditations.
  • Monitor service reliability and support the achievement of established SLAs.
LMS And Process Improvement
  • Support the Team Lead in LMS enhancement projects.
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of learning operations processes.
  • Assist in establishing policies, standards and goals for production training activities.
General Support
  • Undertake other specific tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments.
