Team Leader for Food Solution

Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and track daily activities of team members:
   1. Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Sales, Dropped Sales, Stock Weight, PO Delivery.
2. Support team members.
3. Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcounts.
4. Support UFS CDMs and planners on sales strategies and operational issues.
5. Conduct monthly "one to one" coaching & mentoring with team members (OJT).
6. Conduct field visits to audit execution compliances and coach team members.
7. Conduct onboarding training to new members.
8. Monitor headcount fulfillments in region and support in recruiting.
9. Review Area's Perfect Store results for action plans.
10. Support team members in setting up when required.
11. Attempt to secure additional primary and secondary space in outlets.
12. Regularly meet with key outlet buyers together with UFS CDM.
13. Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

1. Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
2. Experience as a promoter or merchandiser.
3. Friendly & have sales experience will be an advantage.
