Job description
Job ResponsibilityDaily Responsibilities- Staff Management: Ensure staffing schedules, monitor attendance, attire, and share sales updates. Conduct briefings on product knowledge and customer feedback.
- Paperwork: Create daily work schedules (DWS) and submit for approval, ensure store cleanliness and compliance with DWS.
- Sales Area Management: Maintain cleanliness, improve displays, and ensure proper equipment condition.
- Ordering & Inventory: Check and approve daily stock requests, monitor stock levels, and manage POP (Price Of Promotion) and price card updates.
- Merchandise Management: Ensure production levels, prepare sushi assortments, and maintain display readiness.
- Non-Merchandise Management: Ensure equipment and store maintenance.
- Backroom Management: Monitor price alterations, stock receiving, and merchandise quality control.
Weekly Responsibilities- Promotion Plan: Check execution of promotion plans, stock volume, and setup before and after operations.
- Ordering & Stock Management: Confirm weekly production and maintain stock.
- Office Management: Prepare sales and promotion reports.
Monthly Responsibilities- Scheduling: Plan department and promoter schedules, and stock take manpower planning.
- OKR: Prepare and monitor OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) progress.
- Office Management: File and organize monthly reports, sales budgets, and reviews.
- Promotion Plan: Plan and schedule promotions, including setup and staff coordination.
- Meetings: Attend department and merchandiser meetings, and conduct staff meetings.
Additional DutiesPerform other tasks as assigned by management based on business needs.
Job RequirementsEducation Qualification & Experiences- Degree/Diploma in any field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
Computer Literacy Skills- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Teams
Language SkillsFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working EnvironmentAble to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
