Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

1. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
2. Experience in the hospitality industry
3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
4. Team management and delegation abilities
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
6. Professional certification in hospitality management is a plus
7. Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
8. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
