Team Lead, Used Car Dealer Management

A. Overall Purpose of the Job
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Used Car Dealers (UCD), offering tailored advice, solutions, and services that align with their business needs. Lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and foster a collaborative environment.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Dealer Management team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development.
• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and strategies.
• Promote and encourage active adoption of the company’s products and services for buying and selling used cars.
• Monitor dealer usage and address barriers to ensure optimal engagement.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and establish new sales channels to enhance dealer engagement.
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's dealer network.

Market Insights

• Gather and share insights on market trends, dealer behavior, and competitive activities with the management team.
• Provide actionable recommendations to refine strategies and improve services.

C. Job Requirements

• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and car ownership will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
