We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Team Lead to lead a team of Customer Service agents in our Subang Jaya office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international 4PL logistics and supply chains company. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of satisfaction to our major accounts by optimizing their airfreight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Service agents to achieve targets in performance, quality, and cost.
• Ensure full supply chain visibility to customers by monitoring shipments and communicating proactively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing orders, resolving issues, and acting as a single point of contact.
• Contribute to improving partner and vendor performance by monitoring service quality and providing feedback.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a 4PL environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of transport management / freight forwarding experience (Air operations).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
