The new role

• Provide technical leadership for all SDLC phases from concept development to solution design, implementation and support
• Drive the selection of technologies, design and develop optimal architecture
• Recommend new processes / alternatives to meet development requirements and roll out to the team
• Build functional / technical reusable assets and high-level design for development team’s reference
• Act as a point of contact between customer, facilitators, managers, and system integrators for infrastructure/system environment
• Plan, support, execute and oversee PGP, System Warranty and Maintenance phase of all delivered projects
• Guide and mentor junior engineers
• Supervise a team of engineers, taking charge of their career growth and technical competencies

Requirements to succeed

• Hands-on technical expert in development of .Net digital solutions with a ‘consulting’ approach
• Experience working with Visual Studio .NET, TFS, Azure DevOps, and NuGet Packages
• Experience with Databases including SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), SQL Lite, and PostgreSQL
• Fluent knowledge and working experience in programming languages: C#, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, T-SQL, VB.NET, XML, and PowerShell
