Job Description:

• Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring repeated assignments from current clients.
• Understanding clients’ business and identifying their recruitment needs.
• Short-listing, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements.
• Managing clients' and candidates' expectations.
• Providing good customer service and building good rapport with clients and candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Possess a high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training will be provided for those without experience.

• Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants and motivate them towards meeting the team sales target.
• Display strong leadership qualities and people management skills for the smooth operation of the entire team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related recruitment industry.
• Experience in managing a sales team will be an added advantage.
• Good track record of success in sales.
• Strong motivator and result-driven person.
• Ability to plan, strategize, coach, and lead the team to success.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
