What You'll Be Doing:

1. Be a people manager, responsible for the development of team members and ensuring service level standards are met.
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams.
3. Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives globally.
4. Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
5. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to stakeholders and team members.
6. Prepare metrics and progress reports.
7. Maintain a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
8. Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
9. Support the enhancement of our Legal Operations function.
10. Manage or participate in specific projects as they arise.

1. A degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking.
2. Proven people management experience with attention to detail.
3. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and writing skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
7. Strong people skills: ability to navigate difficult situations calmly.
8. Solutions mindset: passionate about finding the right solutions.
9. Excellent time management: ability to multi-task effectively.
10. Quick learner: able to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.
11. Willing to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations.
12. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange (walking distance from MRT TRX).
