What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a people manager, responsible for the development of team members and ensuring service level standards are met.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams.
- Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives globally.
- Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare metrics and progress reports.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Support the enhancement of our Legal Operations function.
- Manage or participate in specific projects as they arise.
What We Look For in You:
- A degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking.
- Proven people management experience with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong people skills: ability to navigate difficult situations calmly.

- Willing to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange (walking distance from MRT TRX).
