Team Lead, Inventory

About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Team Lead, Inventory. This position will report to the Head of Inventory (CCL) at CARSOME, working closely with other sub-departments in the supply chain to improve operational efficiency.

Your Day-to-Day

• Supervise and lead the team handling inventory and administrative tasks.
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
• Maintain office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
• Implement and monitor inventory control and document management processes.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
• Oversee document control, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
• Handle phone calls and manage courier services.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of office matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
• Support team members to ensure overall success.
• Attend meetings with reporting line and other stakeholders.
• Plan for team rostering schedule.
• Ensure traffic flow is within control.

Your Know-How

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Experience working with inventory management.
• Proven experience in inventory performance.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Product and inventory management certification is a plus.
