• Content creation for social media posting on Facebook and XHS.
• Coordinate on all product and promotional activity on the website.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience on all e-commerce platforms, both web and mobile versions.
• Monitor and analyze user engagement, performance, sales, and customer behaviors on all e-commerce platforms for continuous improvement.
• Develop strong analytics to evaluate timely regular performance and optimize further marketing, pricing, and product selection.
• Analyze, design, and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance sales conversion from social media platforms.
• Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
• Open to all Malaysians.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin/English.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
