Tax Manager/ Assistant Manager

• Manage and review the preparation of corporate, individual and other entities tax returns.
• Assist the Tax Partner in tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring they are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor tax staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Stay current with tax laws and regulations and provide strategic advice to clients on tax-saving strategies and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all tax-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the tax department.
• Review and research tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Assist with tax audits and disputes with regulatory bodies when necessary.
