Position: Tax Associate

Location: Suite 23-2, Level 23, UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Contract Tenure: 1 year

On-board Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support global tax compliance filings, including corporate income tax and indirect taxes (e.g., Goods and Services Tax, Value Added Tax, Sales and Services Tax, withholding tax, etc.).
• Prepare quarterly tax provisions, including deferred tax.
• Perform any other tax compliance tasks as assigned.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with basic corporate tax and indirect tax knowledge.

Work Skills Requirements:

• Basic understanding of corporate tax and indirect tax.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Educational Requirements:

• ACCA qualification or a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting).

Language Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Days:

• 5-day work week.

Working Hours:

• Normal working hours.
