Talent Sourcing Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet our organizational needs.

What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) for effective talent sourcing and engagement
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Track recruitment metrics to improve sourcing processes continuously
Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote employer branding

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
A proactive approach with a passion for finding the right fit for our teams
