This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Researcher at Dynamic Human Capital. You will be responsible for talent recruitment, consulting, interviewing, communication, and recruiting while working closely with key account managers and candidates to understand their needs and provide the right talent for diverse industries.

Requirements

• Experience in the recruitment industry and HR consulting is an added advantage
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
