Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Management Manager to join our HR team and lead talent management initiatives across the organization. You will play a key role in aligning talent management strategies with business objectives, developing and implementing talent programs, and enhancing employee performance and development. You will be responsible for driving initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management, ensuring that the organization has the right talent to meet its goals.


Job Responsibilities

  1. From a company & stakeholder perspective:
    1. Understand the company’s business, culture, and strategic goals to ensure recruitment and talent management needs are aligned with organizational objectives.
    2. Identify and manage the sourcing, assessment, and selection of external vendors for talent development programs.
    3. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent management issues, offering insights, solutions, and recommendations.
  2. From a talent management perspective:
    1. Design, implement, and manage innovative talent management programs to nurture leadership talent and drive employee engagement.
    2. Build and maintain the talent management standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent practices across the organization.
    3. This includes and is not limited to career planning, succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and learning & leadership development initiatives.
    4. Continuously assess and refine talent management processes, providing recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
    5. Adapt talent management strategies and programs in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
    6. Develop career management policies, processes, and governance in conjunction with the business to ensure clear career paths for all employees, including but not limited to career plans, career level performance requirements, and pre-requisites for promotions.
    7. Utilize talent assessment tools to evaluate the strengths and development needs of the internal talent pipeline.
    8. Conduct functional competency assessments for employees, monitor skill inventories, and perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
    9. Develop, implement, and assess leadership programs aimed at preparing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  3. From a general management perspective:
    1. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing market, business, company, and team needs.
    2. Adapt a data-driven mindset to drive continuous measurement, optimization, and improvement for all initiatives.
    3. Outcome-focused with clear measures of success for each initiative.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for working with people and creating strategies that lead to business success.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to create organizational effectiveness through people-driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR-related functions and experience with people-centric projects is a plus.
  • Proven experience in talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Minimum five (5) years of working experience, preferably in Talent Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing diverse talent segments across different value/supply chain areas.
  • Experience in managing a talent pool of greater than 1,000+ people, across different countries and geographies, with differing cultures and ways of working.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and track the success of initiatives.
  • An outcome and goal-oriented multitasker, with the ability to define measures of success, track these measures, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder and employee management skills; irrespective of seniority/levels.
  • While not mandatory, experience in the creative, animation, and gaming industry is a plus.
