Responsibilities

1. Lead & develop day-to-day HR operations at the hotel, ensuring smooth execution of HR-related tasks and processes.
2. Foster a positive and engaging work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
3. Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a harmonious workplace.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and strongly practice and comply with HR SOP.

Requirements

1. Relevant certification in human resources or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Masai.
