We are looking for a self-driven and highly accountable Talent Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier talents from Malaysia for our overseas clients in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and beyond. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure seamless recruitment processes while delivering a best-in-class experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with overseas clients to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Source, assess, and recruit top talent from Malaysia to fill key roles in international markets
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights on talent availability
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency

Who We Are Looking For

  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in agency recruitment (360° preferred, 180° and internal talent acquisition experience can also be considered)
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant past experiences
  • Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful: takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Highly accountable: owns responsibilities and delivers results
  • Raw intelligence: strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Openness, transparency, and trustworthiness: able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Mandarin speakers is highly preferred for client correspondence and communication, but not a must
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools is an advantage
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
  • Experience in handling recruitment for different roles is preferred e.g. Tech, Sales, and Corporate functions e.g. HR & Finance
