Role Purpose:
Responsible for executing strategies to attract and engage top talent for the organization. This role involves building a strong employer brand, leveraging various recruitment channels, and creating compelling candidate experiences to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Talent Attraction Specialist collaborates with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement innovative solutions to meet recruitment goals and support the company's growth objectives.
In This Role You Will:
- Perform and oversee the full-cycle recruitment, manage all stages of the recruitment process from job posting to extending job offers. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices. Use this information to continuously improve recruitment strategies and attract high-quality candidates.
- Foster a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to ensure a smooth and respectful interaction with all candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and recruitment best practices to align with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment performance and trends. Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Organize and conduct weekly meetings with business stakeholders to clarify People & Culture matters, resolve misalignment, and partner with stakeholders to create any related solutions.
- General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
You're A Great Fit If You Have:- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 4-6 years in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Good knowledge on recruitment channels & ATS i.e. LinkedIn.
- Good in stakeholder management and business partnering for collaborating closely with various departments to align recruitment strategies with the company's business goals.
