UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a wholly owned subsidiary of UOB and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of new services.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and work closely with hiring functions and business managers in IH2.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the hiring requirements.
  • Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implement those initiatives, and track the Return-On-Investment.
  • Perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates from various platforms and channels (e.g., job portals, candidate referrals, career fairs, etc.).
  • Engage with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner.
  • Execute and deliver day-to-day recruitment activities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met or exceeded.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of related HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player who is also able to work independently.
