Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment)

We are in a look out for a Talent Acquisition specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in managing high speed end to end recruitment and also support employer branding activities.

• Executing talent acquisition strategies from sourcing to job offer.
• Proactively build rapport with passive talents, attend networking events and involve in any recruitment drive initiatives (employee referral / campus engagement).
• Conduct talent mapping and act as talent advisor to stakeholders.
• Follow up with successful candidate, prepare hiring documents and pre-employment screenings (i.e. background screening, reference check, medical check) in timely manner.
• To assist pre-onboarding activities and to greet new hire on 1st day of work.
• Proactively implement automation and process enhancements initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Staying abreast of hiring trends and market conditions.
• Involve in any Talent Acquisition projects assigned (employer branding / automation / process improvement and etc.)

To be eligible for the role, you are required:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably in real estate / construction / financial services / corporate services.
