Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full end-to-end global talent acquisition process
2. Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
3. Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
4. Identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture
5. Approach, entice, and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team
6. Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
7. Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated, and stored correctly

Requirements:

1. 2+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
2. Two years experience in a global talent acquisition role preferable
3. Well-developed talent sourcing and enticing capability
4. Certification in talent sourcing - preferable
5. Bachelor or honors degree preferable
6. High level of admin organization and process skills
7. High level of interpersonal skills
8. Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
