We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead across various levels to support our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition for HQ and operations staff:
  2. Lead full-cycle recruitment for HQ positions and support on operations position to meet the company’s staffing requirements for operational functions.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific skill sets required for various HQ and operations positions.
  4. Source, screen, and interview candidates for both corporate and operational roles using job boards, professional networks, and specialized recruitment platforms.
  5. Maintain a talent pool for high-demand roles, ensuring a quick and smooth hiring process.
  6. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for operational roles to meet the business’s needs.

2. Candidate Management:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with candidates from the hiring process to onboarding for both HQ and operational roles.
  2. Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
  3. Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure compensation and role requirements are aligned with the company's needs.
  4. Ensure better talent fit by conducting test or background reference such as HR psychometric tests to understanding a talent's personality and abilities, match with the right roles and teams.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  1. Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  2. Provide guidance on candidate selection and assist with interview coordination.
  3. Offer insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices.

4. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics:

  1. Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activity.
  2. Generate recruitment reports for roles, tracking progress, sourcing channels, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  3. Analyze recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure the best possible hiring outcomes.

5. Employer Branding & Networking:

  1. Enhance Segi Fresh’s employer brand by promoting a positive workplace culture through external channels.
  2. Represent Segi Fresh at recruitment events, career fairs, and other external networking opportunities.
  3. Increase awareness of Segi Fresh as an employer of choice within both corporate and operational sectors.

6. Team Development (for Senior and Manager roles):

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment staff or interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  2. Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes for both HQ and operational roles.

7. Others:

  1. Any other task related to HR or administration related that assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions (administrative, technical, and operational).
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing methods, and recruitment platforms.
  5. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  6. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and recommend improvements.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. Strong leadership and team management abilities (Senior Executive and above).
  11. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  12. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
