Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition process including talent needs anticipation, sourcing plan development, screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and hiring administration.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future business needs.
Manage and engage with third-party providers, ensuring adherence to procurement and policy standards.
Support the planning and execution of Employer Branding initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to actively identify and map external talent for business-critical and key roles within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in pharmaceutical or shared services companies is preferred.
Possess interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
