We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who can spearhead our recruitment efforts, aligning talent acquisition strategies with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent through multiple channels. You will proactively collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, ensuring a recruitment process that is aligned with the company’s growth direction. Using a combination of AI based data driven and personality analysis, you will help us build a team that thrives in our fast-moving, creative ecosystem.

You will play an important role:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Multi-Channel Talent Search: Utilize a variety of recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events, AI tools, etc.) to source and attract top talent.
  3. Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and match candidates who align with both the role and the company’s growth goals.
  4. AI based Integration: Implement AI-powered platforms to streamline the recruitment process, improving efficiency in sourcing and candidate evaluation.
  5. Personality & Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage personality assessments and data-driven insights to ensure candidates are a good cultural and role fit.
  6. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates, keeping the company’s future growth needs in mind.
  7. Employer Branding: Support employer branding efforts to position the company as a leader in AI-based creative marketing and a desirable workplace.
  8. Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement in the hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in AI, tech, or creative marketing industries.
  2. Expertise in using multiple recruitment channels to identify and engage top talent.
  3. Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with company growth.
  4. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms in recruitment.
  5. Experience with data-driven hiring processes, including personality assessments and behavioral interviews.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

  1. Experience in AI-based creative marketing or related sectors.
  2. Proven ability to adapt to high-growth, fast-changing business environments.
  3. Involvement in employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
