Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibility

1. Recruitment and Sourcing:
   1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
   2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
   3. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
2. Interviewing and Selection:
   1. Conduct initial phone screenings and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
   2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
   3. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview assessments.
3. Candidate Management:
   1. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
   2. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
   3. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
   1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
   2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
   3. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.

Job Requirements

1. Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
2. Education: Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
